Open the zocket app and tap Profile → Sign in. Enter the phone number or email linked to your account, enter the OTP, and you are in. The app remembers the device for 30 days unless you sign out manually.

Three common reasons: (1) the OTP has expired — request a new one; (2) the phone number is not linked to an account — sign up first; (3) the device is on a slow network — switch networks and try again. If none of these resolve the issue, write to customer care.

Security

The login route is verified and the OTP expires in 5 minutes. zocket does not store your password — only a hashed version. The app uses device fingerprinting for high-risk actions.
