How to delete
Open the app → Profile → Settings → Account → Delete. Confirm the deletion with the OTP sent to your registered phone. The deletion is queued and processed within 30 days.
What is purged
Account data, KYC data, transaction history, and team history are purged within 30 days. Aggregate, non-identifying data may be retained for analytics — see the privacy policy for the full retention list.
What is not purged
Records of withdrawals, deposits, and tax-relevant transactions are retained for 7 years per the Income Tax Act. The desk does not delete these records.
After deletion
The deletion is final. The desk cannot recover a deleted account. If you want to come back, you'll need to sign up again from scratch.
